Terms of Service for Music at Tiffany’s

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Music at Tiffany’s website (musicattiffanys.com) or booking lessons, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms, with changes posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
Music at Tiffany’s offers voice, piano, guitar, bass, and drum lessons (30, 45, or 60 minutes) taught by independent instructors, either at our Phoenix, AZ studio or your home, subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services with notice.
3. Booking and Payments
Booking: Lessons are scheduled monthly. Requiring your name, phone number, email, and address. You must provide accurate information.
Invoicing: Invoices for the upcoming month’s lessons are issued 7-15 days before payment is due. You must notify us of any schedule changes (e.g., unavailable dates) before paying the invoice. Once paid, the lessons are fixed for the month.
Payments: Payments are due via online payment processor (e.g., Stripe) or check, as specified in the invoice.
There is no refunds for paid lessons.
Free Trial: One 30-minute trial lesson is offered per student, subject to availability.
Music at Tiffany’s may cancel lessons due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, offering rescheduling or a credit for future lessons.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide a safe, suitable environment for home lessons (e.g., clear space, no hazards).
Ensure timely payment, accurate booking information, and schedule change notifications before invoice payment.
Supervise minors during lessons (parent/guardian must be present for students under 18).
6. Independent Instructors
Lessons are provided by independent instructors affiliated with Music at Tiffany’s. Each instructor operates autonomously, setting their teaching methods and schedules, and is required to carry their own liability insurance. Music at Tiffany’s conducts background checks to ensure instructor suitability but is not liable for instructors’ behavior, damages, injuries, or other actions beyond facilitating bookings.
7. Liability
Music at Tiffany’s is not responsible for:
Injuries, damages, or losses during lessons (in-studio or home).
Lost or damaged personal items.
Errors in booking due to incorrect client information.
You agree to indemnify Music at Tiffany’s against claims arising from your use of our services or instructors’ actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, photos, logos) is owned by Music at Tiffany’s and protected by copyright (© 2025 Music at Tiffany’s, Phoenix, AZ. All Rights Reserved). You may not copy or use content without permission.
9. Termination
We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of Terms, or disruptive behavior, with notice. You may stop using services at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Disputes will be resolved in Phoenix, AZ courts.
